- Broye Cafe & Bakery: Midnight Croissant: Submitted and voted by fans! This year’s Dream Croissant Contest winner is a poetic night captured in pastry. A Japanese charcoal–laminated croissant, its dark folds glimmer under golden starlight. Inside, Earl Grey–infused dark chocolate crémeux flows like midnight silk, entwined with a delicate vein of candied orange and blueberry compote.
