The Vancouver International Dance Festival is an inclusive festival that presents performances and workshops by diverse contemporary dance artists from Vancouver, Canada, and abroad.
Founded in 2000, by Barbara Bourget and Jay Hirabayashi of Kokoro Dance, the VIDF is driven by dance artists to support other dance artists in the pursuit of excellence in dance creation.
The VIDF is an annual celebration of contemporary dance that takes place in the month of March in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
