The Cellar Series Wine Dinner
with Jason Parkes Customs
Come spend an evening with us for the next Cellar Series dinner at Belgard Kitchen on Thursday, June 18th.
This one is in partnership with Jason Parke Customs and features a lineup of wines from Crown & Thieves, Black Swift Vineyards, and The Hatch paired with a seasonal multi course menu.
Expect bright garden flavours, pan seared sablefish, BBQ duck breast with sour cherry, and a dessert board made for sharing. It’s the kind of dinner meant to be enjoyed slowly with good wine and good people around the table.
The Menu:
The Orchard Garden: Glorious organics celebration mix, elderflower vinaigrette, apple sorbet, rhubarb, celeriac, passionfruit puree, cashew nuts. (df, gf)

Pan-Seared Sablefish: sunchoke and miso puree, green grapes, sunchoke chips, lemon, thyme. (ga)
paired with: Black swift 2023 Kurkijian Riesling
Duck Breast & Cherry: BBQ duck breast, chimichurri rojo, sour cherry gastrique, charred radicchio. (gf)
paired with: 2021 Hatch Cab Franc
Dessert Charcuterie Board: chocolate salami, cheesecake, blackberry, sour cherry crumble.
