I. Family & Kids Activities this weekend
1. December Holiday Break
Fun, activities and learning are on our calendar for Winter Break. In fact, there will be a sleigh’s worth of fun for the whole family at the Aviation Museum! Our favourite holiday aeronautical super flyer – the reindeer – will make an appearance at the craft activity station where we’re making Reindeer Boomerangs. We’ll have a dress-up station stocked with vintage aviation uniforms and don’t forget to drop by Skyways – our interactive kids play zone.
Regular Admission
Free admission at the Zoo for children 12 years and under until January 8th.
2. MunschBusters!
Another holiday season, another high-energy, madcap presentation of the stories of Robert Munsch by Prairie Theatre Exchange. This year, get ready for tons of surprises, with lots of high-octane energy and loads of laughs. You’ll see much-loved classic Munsch stories, including Alligator Baby, The Dark, Mud Puddle, Good Families Don’t and The Boy in the Drawer — all presented with the larger-than-life, kid-friendly entertainment our young audiences have come to expect.
