It will be that time of the year again soon when the morning dew softly greets the leaves as they display dazzling colours of crimson and gold.

Hiking this fall on a cool sunny afternoon listening to your fall playlist along the sugar maple tree trail is a perfect way to welcome the season.

If you didn’t know, sugar maple trees are one of the best trees to experience fall colours and the leaves change from green to vibrant yellows, blazing oranges and crimson reds.

Ontario’s Maple syrup producers take care of Ontario’s maple forests where they collect maple sap every spring. AND this Fall, they are welcoming you to participating sugar bushes for a hike through the hardwood forest aglow in brilliant fall colours.

Visit participating sugarbushes from the last weekend of September to the first weekend of October and taste maple syrup and maple treats.

For that ultimate Canadian experience, you can learn how to produce maple syrup, while witnessing some of the most beautiful displays that fall has to offer in Ontario.

It is no secret that whether there’s a slight chill in the air or it’s time to put on sunscreen, maple syrup is a staple sauce for all seasons. So stock up on maple syrup and maple products the farms offer.
