St. Louis Bar & Grill, the Canadian chain known for its ‘Devilishly Good’ wings, is set to open its first-ever Winnipeg outpost near Assiniboine Park on July 10.

Located at 10-749 Sterling Lyon Parkway, the new location promises to bring the chain’s signature warm and friendly hospitality to the city. The first 50 customers will enjoy a free pound of St. Louis’ famous wings, available in over 25 flavours.
“We’re all very excited to become part of game-day traditions for Winnipeggers who have been looking forward to St. Louis opening its doors here for a while! Now they can experience just what makes St. Louis Bar & Grill so memorable right here, in their own neighbourhood,” said local franchisee-owner, Saiyam Trehan.
Per the news release, the new establishment, spanning over 2500 sq. ft., is designed to be a perfect spot for friends to enjoy a wide array of beverages while keeping an eye on the Jets and Blue Bombers games.
Over the past three decades, St. Louis has built a reputation for its addictive Garlic Dill Sauce, signature fries, succulent ribs, burgers, and fresh salads. Annually, the chain serves over 2.2 million pounds of wings, with their preparation method a well-guarded trade secret.
The Winnipeg opening marks the chain’s foray into Central Canada, aiming to bridge the gap between its locations in Alberta, B.C., Ontario, and the Maritimes. Established in 1992, the proudly Canadian-owned St. Louis Bar & Grill now boasts 75 locations nationwide. All locally-owned, these establishments are known for their spirited atmosphere and commitment to Autism Awareness, having raised over $2 million for the cause.
