Manitoba 150 has announced the headliner for the Untie 150 concert – Buchman Cummings. Unite 150 concert is a free, all-day outdoor event held as part of the celebration of Manitoba’s 150th anniversary. Unite 150 will feature Manitoba’s iconic music acts, exciting multicultural programming and memorable family fun. The event is scheduled for June 27th and coincides with national Multiculturalism Day.
Randy Bachman and Burton Cummings are legendary Winnipeg rockers known together under the name Bachman Cummings. They will make a stop at Winnipeg as part of their North American tour.
Members of the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame, Canadian Broadcasters Hall of Fame, the Canadian Walk of Fame, the first ever inductees into the Prairie Music Hall of Fame, recipients of the Order of Canada, the Order of Manitoba, the Governor General’s Performing Arts Award and several Broadcast Music Industry awards for over 1 million airplays, Randy Bachman and Burton Cummings are Canadian rock ‘n’ roll royalty.
The Unite 150 program is presented by Bell MTS with support from the Government of Canada and the Province of Manitoba.

Where: The concert will be held in front of the Manitoba Legislative Building on Broadway Avenue and Memorial Boulevard. The festivities will also be live streamed on CTVWinnipeg.ca for home viewing or community gatherings across the province.
