In 2022, Subway Canada achieved a significant milestone by selling over 77 million cookies, equivalent to stacking about 3,500 CN Towers.

As a continuation of this success, the company has introduced the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookie with Reese’s Pieces, available nationwide for a limited period.
On December 4th, 2023, coinciding with National Cookie Day, Subway Canada will introduce its first-ever Footlong Cookie in Toronto. This innovation is inspired by the new Subway Series menu and will be available exclusively on this day. Subway Canada’s Chef, John Botelho, emphasized the cookie as an ideal complement to Subway’s Footlong sandwiches. The company plans to release three exclusive Footlong Cookie flavours for one day only, inspired by different Subway Series sandwiches.
The flavours include:
- The Green Goddess: Chocolate Chip Cookie with pistachio spread, coconut, green apple, and caramel.
- The Little Italy: Featuring a ricotta and mini chocolate chip spread, topped with berries, lemon juice, and icing sugar.
- The Great Canadian: A combination of caramel-maple spread, blueberry jam, butter tarts, pecans, and bacon.
These unique cookies will be available at 127 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, starting at 1 PM on December 4th. They will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of one per guest, in exchange for a suggested donation to Subway Canada’s Never Miss Lunch™ program. This initiative, in partnership with Food Banks Canada, provides nutritious food to children during summer breaks.
Moreover, Subway Canada is running a promotional offer until December 31st, 2023. Customers purchasing a $30 Subway Canada gift card, either in-store or online, will receive six free cookies. This offer, subject to certain conditions, is part of Subway Canada’s commitment to being the go-to destination for cookies in the country. The Chocolate Chip Footlong Cookie will be available across Canada in 2024.
