I don’t understand why someone would whine in this platform as to our native people ruining fireworks. I’m a white man that lives in Turtle Island 6,000 years our native people have been here. I’m happy they share their land. Read a proper book as to what was done to my native friends ancestors
I too think all the aboriginals ruining the canada day celebrations at the forks is just ridiculous, our ancestors were the ones to suffer while we get the benifits of their misery… and while I empathize with their pain I think there are other days of the year when they engage us in educational opportunities to better understand the impact of colonization has had on their people’s, hijacking Canada Day is not conducive to engaging non-native people’s – this action dampers the progress they’ve been making and creates animosity towards their peoples objectives. I want our fireworks reinstated unilaterally across this country – HAPPY CANADA DAY !
What time are the fireworks in Gimli and Winnipeg Beach?
We couldn’t find the information for this year.
Pretty sad that there are no fireworks at the park or forks what’s happening with Winnipeg
i think all the aboriginals ruining the canada day celebrations at the forks is just ridiculous, our ancestors were the ones to suffer while we get the benifits of their misery… stop waiting for a hand out and grow the f*** up HAPPY CANADA DAY
