Manitoba’s must-attend music festival, Winnipeg Folk Festival has announced the lineup of incredible artists you’ll get to see on stage this summer.

Vance Joy, War on Drugs, EmmyLou Harries, Fleet Foxes, and Orville Peck will headline the festival.
Other main stage artists include KT Tunstall, Rufus Wainwright, Charley Crockett, Sierra Ferrell, Faye Webster, and William Prince.
Panda Bear & Sonic Boom, Fruit Bats, Dj Shub Presents War Club, Adia Victoria, Etran De Lair, Syml, Field Guide, Aysanabee, Kelsey Waldon, Black Opry Revue, Moonlight Benjamin, S.C Goodman, Andrina Turenne, Arny Margret, Balaklava Blues, Bella White, Black Belt Eagle Scout, Buffalo Nichols, Buenrostro, Cat Clyde, Cedric Watson & Dirk Powell, Charlotte Cornfield, Dongyang Gozupa, Evan Redsky, Finjan Fire Se Smoke, Fontine, Genticorum, Georgia Harmer, Ginalina, Green Fools Theatre, Joe Rainey, Julian Taylor, Kacy & Clayton, Ko Shin Moon, Leon Timbo, Loudon Wainwright III, Lowdown Brass Band, Mariel Buckley, Matt Foster. Myriam Gendron, Namgar, Nicolette & The Nobodies, Nora Brown, Pierre Kwenders, Rich Aucoin, Roberta Lea, Ruploops, Susan O’neill, Two Runner, Witch Prophet, and The Wackydoodle Dance Party will also entertain the crowds at the 4 day festival.
Held at Birds Hill Provincial Park, this year’s festival will run from July 6 to 9, 2023.
The festival also welcomes great artisans from all over who bring hand-crafted wares and food vendors serving a variety of options to satiate your appetite.
There is also plenty to do for all those who plan to visit with kids. Winnipeg Folk Festival was awarded the ‘Best Family Program at a Festival’ by Canadian Music Week for its top-notch children’s performers and many activities for the whole family.
Tickets are now on sale starting at $68 for youth and $85 for adults for a day pass. Festival tickets with camping start at $218.50 for youth and seniors. You can also get camping (if you are lucky) via Manitoba Parks for Birds Hill Provincial Park campground.
