A festive weekend of holiday activities and entertainment to kick off the quintessential Christmas season in downtown Banff. Expect a full-day of cheerful celebrations on Saturday. Enjoy talented local and Albertan artists performing on the Cascade Main Stage, whimsical performers found through the event site, the Kids Craft Cabin with crafts galore, and more magical activities for you and the whole family to enjoy.

Road Closures:

  • Bear Street Surface Parking Lot will be closed starting at 7 a.m. on Friday, November 15, with accessible parking available via the alley, until Sunday, November 17, at 9 p.m. (three days).
  • Bear Street (200 block), between the Brewster Mountain Lodge and Bear Street Mall underground parking entrances, will be closed to vehicles on Saturday, November 16, at 6 a.m., until Sunday, November 17, at 9 p.m. (two days).
  • Banff Avenue (200 block), between Caribou Street and Wolf Street will be closed to vehicles on Saturday, November 16, at 6 a.m., until Saturday at 10 p.m. (one day).
  • Caribou Street from Banff Avenue to Bear Street will be closed to vehicles on Saturday, November 16, at 6 a.m., until Saturday at 10 p.m. (one day).
