We gave our well-versed showcase a glow-up! Big Queer Poetry Cabaret is loud, proud, and celebrates Canadian glitterati: Billy-Ray Belcourt (The Idea of An Entire Life), Amber Dawn (Buzzkill Clamshell), Ben Ladouceur (Mad Long Emotion), and jaye simpson (A Body More Tolerable). Dress to the nines, grab your favourite cocktail (or mocktail) from our Libations Bar, and settle in for an experience, hosted by Paula Turcotte. To slam down the house, we’ve got the improv stylings of Calgary pianist Timothonius (whose repertoire includes jazz, stride, neo-soul, gospel, and contemporary soul music) and vocalist Jane Madeleine.
