Bow River Community Cleanup

Join AWA and the Homewaters Stewardship Project to help clean up in our community. We will be spending a morning removing trash from a section of the Bow River banks. Come socialize, learn more about AWA and conservation in Alberta, and do something positive for the environment! We will have a few door prizes at the end for those who attend.

Trash bags, gloves, and hazardous materials resources will be provided by the City of Calgary. Please bring your own water, sun protection, and snacks.

Who is it for?

Sorry, no kids or pets! Due to our proximity to the river, and the potential for hazardous waste, this is an 18+ event.
