This seminar is intended to help caregivers better cope with the challenging task of caring for a loved one who is infirmed or chronically ill. It will provide information to help you navigate government and healthcare supports with an emphasis on caring for yourself as you care for your loved one.
The event will be conducted by a representative from Caregivers Alberta, a leading organization in this field. A light lunch will be provided.
