Join us for a full day of spectacular printmaking funfair for ALL AGES!
STEP RIGHT UP and enjoy our special attractions:
– Make your own buttons!
– Take our button maker for a spin to make your own button designs.
– Silkscreen some swag!
– Choose from a variety of designs to screen print your own tea towels and bandanas.
– Stamp your own printed card! Our stamp collection has been growing and is waiting for you to stamp them on your own cards.
– Print your own bookmarks using LEGO and our Nolan Proof Press!
What’s better than LEGO-building? LEGO PRINTING!
– Carve and print your own linocut patches! (Kid friendly materials too)!
Using one of our many printing presses, carve and print your own custom fabric patches.
-Cyanotype sun-printing! Combine photographic negatives with materials to make your own print using an OG photo process with the sun. Create a unique print using textures! No drawing necessary – we’ll show you how you can use (and re-use) kneaded erasers to make prints.
Step into a piece of carnival-inspired historical printmaking!
– Take a photo in our version of some famous poster reproductions – with a twist.
– WIN BIG at our neigbourhood PLINKO GAME!
– Everyone’s a winner with this one, so drop your token and take your chances to win a range of local goodies.
– Browse through our A/P member PRINT MARKET! We’re launching our next Print Market on the same day! Prepare to browse and call dibs on your faves.
All hands-on activities and midway treats are each priced from FREE to $18, with MOST BEING UNDER $7! There is something for everyone!
Market items are priced as marked. All proceeds from the day go toward fundraising for A/P community programming and support the market artists.
Weather permitting, festivities will be set up outside in the front parking lot, as well as throughout the A/P Gallery and Studio.
