The evening begins with warm Alberta Bakery dinner rolls served with rich, hand-churned butter, followed by a velvety roasted white onion soup topped with crispy sourdough croutons and a hint of fragrant parsley oil. The entrée features rosemary-braised Alberta beef short rib with red wine demi-glace, accompanied by smooth horseradish mashed potatoes, glazed maple carrots, and roasted root vegetables, and the meal concludes with a decadent raspberry and white chocolate mousse dome.
