Events Description
Being vibrant, creative and imaginative is always at the heart of Prairie Grid, but we’re taking it one step further with this year’s dinner series. Four collaborating chefs from across the Prairies as well as one talent mixologist are going all-in with their whimsicality, creating delicious eats and drinks for our guests.
Prairie Grid 2023 chefs: Elia Herrera (Milpa), Peter Keith (Meuwly’s, Edmonton), Emily Butcher (Nola, Winnipeg), Andrea Harling (V Burger).
Prairie Grid 2023 mixologist: Kelly Klebaum of Saskatoon’s Hearth
Drag queen extraordinaire Nada Nuff will serve as the evening’s hostess, guiding us all through a clever, Prairie-ingredient-focused dinner menu created by the collaborating chefs. And maybe performing once or twice too 😉

Cocktail hour
Enjoy a welcome cocktail upon arrival and canapes along with live acoustic music by a talented Alberta-based Canadian artist.
7:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Dinner
Chefs Elia Herrera (Milpa), Andrea Harling (V Burger), Peter Keith (Meuwly’s, Edmonton) and Emily Butcher (Nola, Winnipeg) will create a 5-course menu drawing inspiration from the Prairies and the fall season. Bartender Kelly Klebaum of Saskatoon’s Hearth will have a mix of Prairie cocktails available for purchase from bar, drink pairing can also be added onto menu as desired.
