Sanctuary Sounds with Cody Obst

Escape the stress and craziness of life with a concert of reflective and inspirational music. The next Sanctuary Sounds with Cody Obst concert will feature soprano saxophonist, Brandon Oberhamer, and pianist, Antonina M-Cox, along with the Lakeview United Church Choir. Cody will play the organ for most of this concert as well as some piano. As usual there will also be some sing-a-longs for the audience to get involved. You are invited to bring a lunch to enjoy time with friends before the concert at 11:30. A free reception will follow with coffee, tea, juice, and goodies.

The concert features music by composer, Paul Halley, including some of his most beautiful works for soprano saxophone, piano, and organ (originally written for frequent collaborator, Paul Winter.) Other songs, hymn arrangements, and spirituals will round out the show including some piano/organ duets! See the poster for more details and we hope to see you there!
