Events Description
Murder investigations are unsettling enough on their own—but what happens when the line between true crime and the paranormal begins to blur?
Just in time for Halloween, join retired Calgary homicide detective Dave Sweet for a chilling TapTalk: The Haunting Side of Homicide: True Crime and the Paranormal.
Drawing from decades in the homicide unit and his acclaimed book Skeletons in My Closet, Dave will share eerie, disturbing, and at times unexplainable encounters that emerged while working some of his darkest cases.
Expect stories of:
🔪 Haunted crime scenes
🔮 Encounters with mediums
🐺 Legends of boogeymen, werewolves & cursed objects
This spine-tingling presentation blends real-life cases, urban legends, and paranormal mysteries into a one-of-a-kind Halloween experience. Not for the faint of heart—you might just leave with the lights on.
