Phase 1 of a complete exhibit overhaul is underway at The Confluence! Take a sneak peek at the construction progress and learn about the rich history that is inspiration for the new exhibit content. The tour includes a 30-minute presentation in the Burnswest Theatre and a guided walk through the cultural centre, where you can see just how much is changing.
Learn about this land’s significance to Indigenous Peoples, the establishment of Fort Calgary, and how site use has evolved over time to find greater understanding about the history and the future of this special place where the Bow and Elbow rivers meet.
