The Aquativity Project (TAP) presents Trash2Treasure, a unique sustainability showcase organized by this student-run Oceanwise initiative. Scheduled for February 10th, 2024, at CSpace in Calgary, the event will feature diverse talents in fashion, film, and literature, contributing to the conversation on sustainable living. Highlighting hand-crafted South Asian pieces made from recycled fabrics on the runway, Trash2Treasure aims to celebrate creativity and sustainability in the fashion industry.
The event, including hands-on activities and networking opportunities, seeks to engage local and international enthusiasts in discussions about over-consumption and sustainable solutions.
