This second dinner in the Grazers Dining Series features a dinner curated by our Executive Chef Kenneth Titcomb with special guest and exclusive pairing by Wild Life Distillery. They will discuss the ins and outs of how they paired the dinner with spirits from Wild Life Distillery, and added detail around inspiration and how it complements the palate.
About Wild Life Distillery: Wild Life Distillery is a craft distillery located in Canmore, Alberta. They produce vodka, gin, whiskey and more from world-class Albertan grains. The distillery was built by the owner/operators Keith Robinson and Matt Widmer.
