Calgary
Events Description
NOW & THEN – will feature beloved seasonal traditions, mixed with new winter favourites, glitteringly gift-wrapped with brass, harp and organ accompaniments.
Over the years we have amassed a robust library of music: 550 scores, to be exact! This season is unified by the theme of CONTRASTS and our Artistic Director, Paul Grindlay, draws heavily on scores from this extensive collection.
NOW & THEN- will feature beloved seasonal traditions, mixed with new winter favourites, glitteringly gift-wrapped with brass, harp and organ accompaniments. We are delighted to be joined by a brass quintet (actually three young brothers and two of their friends), a harpist, and Calgary organist, John Bouz. Come for the sparkle, stay for the sing-along carols.
