Calgary
Events Description
Join us at Studio Bell, home of the National Music Centre, for a special performance from Zhiyin Choir in celebration of Asian Heritage Month.
Founded in 2004 by Ms. Shana Yang, who also serves as the vocal coach and conductor. The choir currently has 130 registered members, all Chinese music enthusiasts from various walks of life. We are passionate about choral singing and dedicated to community service. Our voices have resonated through seniors’ homes, diverse communities, and concert halls across Calgary.
We have also been invited to perform in Edmonton, Vancouver, Taiwan, and the United States’ Carnegie Hall, as well as participate in the Italy Choir Festival and the Czech International Choir Festival. We will continue striving forward and warmly welcome you to join us—let’s sing into the future together!
