Begonia is the stage name of Winnipeg-born singer-songwriter Alexa Dirks, known for her bold, emotionally charged alt-pop and powerful vocals. A former member of JUNO-winning group Chic Gamine, she launched her solo career in 2017. Her albums Fear and Powder Blue earned JUNO and Polaris recognition, while Fantasy Life won the 2026 JUNO Award for Adult Alternative Album of the Year.
