Events Description
Travel to the Italian Riviera without leaving Edmonton. SRG Corporate Chef Alberto Alboreggia has created a Ligurian Sea menu, from herb and vegetable fritters and fresh trofie with Genovese pesto to poached cod loin and a house-made hazelnut cake with zabaione. Each course is paired with Italian wines chosen by guest sommelier Sylvia De Angelis of Galileo Wine & Spirits, including Drusian Prosecco Superiore, Paolo Conterno Arneis and two wines from Zenato. Part of the monthly wine dinner series at Buco Windermere, and seating is limited.
