Everclear is an American alternative rock band founded in Portland, Oregon, in 1992 by frontman Art Alexakis. They achieved mainstream success with platinum albums like Sparkle and Fade (1995) and So Much for the Afterglow (1997), spawning hits such as “Santa Monica,” “Father of Mine,” and “Everything to Everyone”. After lineup changes in the early 2000s, Alexakis continued releasing music and headlining nostalgia-driven tours, including the ongoing Summerland Tour.
