Events Description
Self-taught multi-instrumentalist and songwriter from Saskatchewan, Jake Vaadeland, has garnered multiple awards in 2022. Together with the Sturgeon River Boys he creates a classic, yet unique sound of high-energy, fast-paced bluegrass, 1950’s rockabilly, and old-school country.
The band, featuring Joel Rohs on guitar, Jaxon Lalonde on banjo, Stephen Williams on upright bass and Andy Beisel on steel drums,
are celebrating the sounds of mid-century Americana while making them their own.
