Move for Mental Health

5km Mental Health Fundraiser Run, which will take place on Saturday, July 27th from 10:00am to 1:00pm at the Aspen Gardens Community League. This event aims to raise awareness and funds for vital mental health initiatives within our community, where all proceeds will be donated to the Alberta Mental Health Foundation. After the run is complete, there will be a BBQ, snacks, music, and other entertainment.
