100 Mile Heritage Festival

An old fashioned country fair festival celebrating our farming and fishing heritage in Nova Scotia. 60+ vendors selling local farm products, artisan creations using local ingredients or resources, antiques, luncheon vendors and more. Loads of heritage-related demonstrations and activities such as oxen ploughing, sheep shearing, kid’s games, hay lifting competition, live music, African drumming, fibre artists’ demos, equine shoeing, dairy hand milking, free wagon rides, fencing and archery demos, woodworkers, leatherworkers, basketry and more.
