The retreat kicks off with a full moon on July 21 lending its brilliance to Kathy Matheson’s retreat. Learn how yoga practice in conjunction with the energy and brightness of the full moon can help release what is no longer good for you. Then join Kathy each day for a hike along the shore of the island and experience the wonderful nooks and crannies she’s discovered over the years. On Wednesday we’ll meet you on the beach with a nutritious vegetarian lunch to keep your energy going.
