Events Description
Arcady is thrilled to invite audiences to their Handel’s Messiah at Ancaster’s Grace Community Christian Reformed Church on Friday, March 27th at 7:30 PM. Experience the beloved work in Arcady’s unique Baroque style that pays homage to the original production. While often associated with the Christmas holiday, Messiah was originally intended for the Easter season and featured an intimate chamber group, a tradition now continued by Arcady. Audiences will have the chance to see Arcady’s professional chorus of soloists and chamber ensemble featuring past and present Emerging Artists. Known for his dynamic, energetic interpretation of this triumphant work, Ronald Beckett will direct his ensemble in a jubilant rendition of the timeless oratorio. Don’t miss your chance to hear the ensemble that specializes in Messiah. Audience members should secure their seats early as Arcady’s Messiah is a usually sold-out event! Tickets at $45 general ($46 for electronic payments) are available online at arcady.ca or in person at Grace Community Christian Reformed Church. For more information, please call 519-428-3185, email john_vdl@hotmail.com, or visit arcady.ca.
