Events Description
Victory! Join the Hamilton Concert Band for an unforgettable musical tribute celebrating the 80th Anniversary of V-E Day. Through powerful, uplifting music, we honour the bravery, sacrifice, and enduring spirit of Canadians who helped bring peace to the world and freedom to millions. The music of the time reflected the heart of a nation—resilient, united, and full of hope—with timeless favourites, including the iconic sounds of Glenn Miller, whose tunes lifted the spirits of troops and civilians and became the soundtrack of victory.
