Flavour Journey: South Asian Spice Line invites you to experience the rich, vibrant tastes of South Asia while rolling through the countryside aboard the historic Waterloo Central Railway.
Begin with a handcrafted “White Lotus” cocktail—white tea infused vodka with honey and pineapple—before enjoying a flavour-packed amuse of paneer kebab. Choose from appetizers like Thai coconut soup with okra (vegetarian or with seared shrimp), followed by an unforgettable main: Chicken Tikka Masala, Fillet of Halibut with papaya essence, or a vegan Chickpea & Coconut Curry Stir-Fry.
Cap off your journey with a decadent Chai Caramel Latte Cheesecake and a take-home Filipino mango cookie. Sparkling and still waters included, plus additional drink options available onboard. Let the spices, aromas, and stories of South Asia unfold with every bite—and every mile.
