London
Events Description
Performers: Shawn Spicer, curator, lead, trumpet; London Symphonia Winds, Brass, and Percussion
Great pieces of music have good bones—that certain something that connects with the listener even when it’s transformed into something radically different from the original idea.
Principal trumpet Shawn Spicer presents a program of music with great bones … music that started as something special, but when arranged for the Brass and Winds of London Symphonia becomes something more: more powerful, more touching … perhaps even a bit more hilarious.
