Events Description
March 13th, from 11am to 2pm: we welcome Zenon Andrusyszyn, director of Canadigm Group, to animate an workshop about a very little know aspect of the assault at Vimy Ridge. An excellent opportunity to discover more about the carvings made by Canadian soldiers in northern France at the beginning of April 1917. Youth will learn the history and get a chance to make their own plaster carving. Designed for youth aged 8-12. Colouring activities are available for younger children.
Limited availability, one carving for one child, pre-register to save a spot. Parents or guardians accompanying the minor(s) are not required to register unless they wish to create their own carving.
Please note: this is not a day camp, youth must be supervised by a chaperone at all times!
