Events Description
Celebrate the holiday season in St. Marys! Join us for festive events and activities happening throughout November and December.
Enjoy over 100 colourful holiday displays at the FREE St. Marys WinterLights! Located at Milt Dunnell Field, this must-see festive experience is one that everyone can enjoy as you can choose to either walk or enjoy the displays by car.
The displays will then be lit each evening from 5:00 to 11:00 pm until January 1, 2027.
You can support the WinterLights by sponsoring a display or making a donation using our online form. Cash donations are also welcome at Waving Santa as you exit Milt Dunnell Field or at the sponsor wall. Please use the online form if you wish to receive a tax receipt for your donation.
Holiday Light Tour Map | TBA
The Holiday Light Tour map is the perfect way to enhance your WinterLights experience and explore the best-decorated homes in St. Marys!
This is a self-guided tour. Dates and tour locations will be announced at a later date.

Free Horse & Wagon Rides
View the 100+ WinterLights displays from a free horse and wagon ride around the loop road at Milt Dunnell Field. Catch the wagon beside the WinterLights sponsor sign at the North end of the park.

Kinsmen Santa Claus Parade | Friday, November 20
The beloved traditional parade returns again on Friday, November 20! The parade will leave the Pyramid Recreation Centre at 7:00 p.m. and will follow the route travelling north on James and West on Queen through the downtown, it will turn south onto Water where the parade will end.
St. Marys Craft Show | Saturday, November 21
Visit the St. Marys Craft Show, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., to shop for treasures from over 100 local and regional artisans.
The Craft Show takes place at the Pyramid Recreation Centre and admission is by donation. Non-perishable food items for the Salvation Army welcome.
Downtown St. Marys Merchants’ Open House | November 20 – 22
Take part in this popular shopping experience: Friday, November 20 to Sunday, November 22. Participating downtown merchants will offer festive promotions and experiences!

Holiday Events with the Friendship Centre
Join in on the holiday fun at the St. Marys Friendship Centre! You can register online by clicking the links below or by calling the Friendship Centre at 519-284-3272.

St. Marys Museum Holiday Open House | TBA
Join the St. Marys Museum for a fun afternoon of kicking off the holiday season on Sunday, December 7 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Enjoy children’s crafts, festive treats, door prizes and music.
There is no cost for admission to the Holiday Open House, but donations are always welcome.
WinterLights Night Market | December 4 – 5
Join us for the WinterLights Night Market at Milt Dunnell Field from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for an evening of festive fun and seasonal cheer!
- WinterLights Light Displays: Over 100 colourful holiday displays
- Intimate Market: Browse unique goods from local vendors and artisans.
- Horse & Wagon Rides: Enjoy a cozy ride around the loop road (free of charge).
- Firepit & Free S’mores Kits: Warm up by the fire and roast your own s’mores.
- Food Truck: Savor delicious eats to satisfy your cravings.
