Join us for a chilling evening at Old Fort Erie and dare to explore the site of Canada’s bloodiest battlefield as twilight descends. With lanterns flickering, and shadows dancing, prepare to encounter the unexplained and the eerie alongside a costumed interpreter that will share haunting tales of the historic fort in an intimate guided tour. Learn about the fascinating history of some of the most beloved Halloween traditions, and see the Officers’ quarters where the bedroom of Captain Kingsley of the King’s 8th Regiment of Foot is said to be haunted by his spirit.
Whether you’re a skeptic or a believer, All Hallows’ Eve promises an unforgettable evening of history and mystery that will haunt your memories for time to come.
Who is it for?
Tours are approximately 30 minutes in duration and suitable for all ages. Guests are encouraged to come dressed for the weather as parts of the tour will take place outside. Snacks and hot and cold beverages will be available for purchase at the Old Fort Erie Welcome Centre.
