Join North America’s Best Annual Celebration of National Gastronomy
Enjoy a fantastic spread of food created by La Cité culinary students, Egg Farmers of Canada and shop a mini-market of local artisanal products while witnessing an Iron-Chef type competition as chefs from across Canada, each given a black box containing a small array of diverse foods, produce and plate two spectacular dishes for national judges.
A portion of proceeds supports music education, sports opportunities and healthy food for Canadian youth through MusiCounts, Spirit North, Ottawa Network for Education (ONFE) and BGC Ottawa (formerly Boys and Girls Club).
