Canadian Culinary Championship 2025 – Mystery Wine Competition

Join North America’s Best Annual Celebration of National Gastronomy
Chefs were given a mystery bottle of wine and challenged to create a dish with local ingredients that best complements the mysterious vintage within a specified timeframe and a restricted ingredient budget. Guests will have the pleasure of tasting these creations on the opening night of the competition in a stand-up cocktail reception format. Wines, local craft beer, cocktails and artisanal foods will also be featured.
A portion of proceeds supports music education, sports opportunities and healthy food for Canadian youth through MusiCounts, Spirit North, Ottawa Network for Education (ONFE) and BGC Ottawa (formerly Boys and Girls Club).
