A self-drive tour of 17 magnificent Model Railway layouts in the Ottawa/Gatineau region.
Once again, local modellers have offered to open their layouts for the day and host visitors who would like to see what model railroading is all about. This self-guided tour is open to any member of the public who has an interest in the hobby of model railroading.
Register ahead of time at Capitaltrains.ca or in person at St Anthony Soccer Club, 523 St. Anthony Street, Ottawa, on Saturday morning starting at 8:45am. Bring photo ID for each person 16 or older. You will receive a bilingual guide book describing each model railway and maps showing their location. A GPS is helpful.
