Downtown Carleton Place invites you to join us as we celebrate the Christmas Season!
Superheroes Celebrate Christmas!
The streets of Carleton Place will come alive with the magic of Christmas, and Carleton Place Santa Claus Parade organizers are pleased to present this year’s theme: Superheroes Celebrate Christmas!
Not only will our favourite Christmas characters join us for this year’s parade, but they will share the stage with some of our favourite Superheroes. After all, Superheroes celebrate Christmas too!

The parade will start at Carleton Place High School and make its way down Lake Avenue, turning right onto Rochester Street, moving south down Rochester Street and ending at the entrance to the Wool Growers off of Franktown Road.
Residents who are coming to watch the parade from outside of the downtown area can park in the following municipal lots and make their way to the parade route:
- The Carleton Place Public Library (101 Beckwith Street)
- Market Square (7 Beckwith Street)
- 92 and 100 Bridge Street
- Corner of Mill Street and Beckwith Street
- Information Centre Parking Lot at 170 Bridge Street
