Events Description
A public reading of a new play by award-winning Ottawa playwright Ron Davies will take place Thursday May 15 at 7:30 PM in the Great Canadian Theatre Company’s Studio, 1233 Wellington Street, Ottawa. The reading is FREE but tickets are required through Eventbrite at http://tinyurl.com/LKWtickets.
The play tells the story of an estranged son who returns home after a stroke leaves his lawyer father unable to speak and his mother unable to cope. All three have to relearn how to communicate before they can again know each other well. A rehearsed team of excellent professional actors and director will read the play, after which there will be a talkback with the artists.
