Events Description
Drag Superstar Tynomi Banks brings us the ultimate Black super star realness show. She’s Big, She’s Black, She’s Beautiful, Banks owns the stage. Join Tynomi for a night of impersonations of some of your favourite Black performers. From Donna Summer to Tina Turner to Whitney and so much more, this production will have you dancing in your seats. Along with her dancers, expect the most from this show full of choreography, singing, comedy and celebrating these beautiful legends.
“Honey, if you’re looking for a night out to have some fun, dance, sing and be entertained, this is the tour for you,” said Tynomi Banks. “I’ve pulled out all the best performances, all the best choreography, and all the best costumes to give you the night to remember. 100%. Guaranteed. Period.”
Fans will know her from Canada’s Drag Race season one and her many electric appearances across Canada and the world! Tynomi Banks is an International, world-class drag entertainer and is bringing her energetic, full production performance to Ottawa.
Banks dominates a stage while radiating a powerful, but playful energy. The first drag entertainer to perform in Toronto’s Dundas Square during World Pride 2014, she became the first to work with Hudson’s Bay Company and the only queen to partner with Spotify for a featured playlist, which also resulted in a billboard over Dundas Square in Toronto during Pride. These are just a few of her accolades.
Don’t miss this queen shine on stage!
