Events Description
Crickets are chirping. Will night soon be falling on the forest? Don’t worry—we’re sitting on soft furs under cozy tents. This gentle show is in the form of a herbarium, with glimmering moments of theatre, dancing, shadow play, singing and meditations on Life, like so many leaves to paste in our memory, the book of wonder.
Two campers are in the woods, moving to and fro. On one side is Josué Beaucage, with his backpack containing poetry, miniature worlds ripe for discovery and songs on the guitalele. On the other is Ariane Voineau, who uses her moving body to explore nature in all its forms: wildlife, rhythms, seasons, ripples. Will the two adventurers meet at last?
Here’s an opportunity for the whole family—dad, mom, grandparents, friends and kids—to contemplate our place in the universe, while feeling as if they were sitting at the fireside, wrapped up all nice and warm under the night sky. Are we tiny? Are we giants? It’s all about scale.
