Élevage: Winter Wine Festival

Join us for an unforgettable experience at Élevage, a one-of-a-kind winter wine festival taking place in Prince Edward County, the first weekend of March Break. This celebration will be centred around the heart of Élevage . We will be hosting Elevated Tastings in addition to our self guided Tasting Passport, so our guests have the opportunity to celebrate Élevage and truly experience the ageing process wines go through between fermentation and bottling.
