Events Description
Regina’s market and arts scene is getting an exciting new annual event thanks to local business, Karavan Curio and Collectibles – the city and province’s first and only Punk Rock Flea Market. This event will bring something new, unique, and status-quo challenging to the arts and culture scene in the city.
Regina Punk Rock Flea Market is happening July 11, 2026, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM at the Regina Senior Citizens Centre, 2134 Winnipeg Street.
Entry is free/PWYC donation to The Matriarch’s Collective.
Across North America, Punk Rock Flea Markets have been started at the grassroots level with an ethos of DIY, handmade, punk, and mutual aid care mindsets. While each market is created and run independently, these markets have created a network of like-minded community builders all over Turtle Island. In keeping with this, Regina’s Punk Rock Flea Market will create more than a shopping experience – it will create a grassroots, by and for community space that rejects anti-human and capitalist harms such as AI, mass production, and for-profit structures.
Punk Rock Flea Market will feature the following:
Over 30 local vendors of alternative, DIY, thrift, and art, ranging from veterans to first time sellers
Flash Tattoos by Stingray Tattoo and Geanna Dunbar
Canteen run by and benefitting mutual aid group The Matriarch’s Collective
Free DIY activities, including pin-making, zine-making, garden box building, progressive colouring sheets
Harm Reduction knowledge with Nēwo-Yōtina Friendship Centre Wâhkôhtowin Harm Reduction
