The public are invited to attend the Freedom of the City Parade and Recommissioning Ceremony hosted by HMCS Unicorn. This event marks the continuation of the Naval Reserve’s 2023 centennial celebration in a public way within our community. The parade and ceremony will include representatives from the City of Saskatoon and the Saskatoon Police Service. The parade will take place at outside of Saskatoon City Hall at 10:00am.
