Events Description
Celebrate the New Year early and still make bedtime! Join us at Noon Year’s Eve at Nutrien Wonderhub on December 31 for a fun-filled day of play, creativity, and countdown cheer. Enjoy festive activities throughout the museum and four exciting countdowns between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. This event is included with membership and daily admission. We are open 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Countdown Celebrations in Toon Town Square
Ring in the New Year on the hour with countdowns at 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM.
Note: Our biggest, loudest celebration will be the Noon (12:00 PM) countdown!
Screen Printing Workshop with Monique Martin (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Artist Monique Martin will lead a hands-on screen printing activity where kids can print a paper butterfly to release into our hurricane machine during countdowns. We invite you to bring a light-coloured T-shirt to print your own wearable art.
Create Space Activities (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
2025 Memory Wall: Share a favourite moment from the year.
New Year’s Wishes: Write your hopes and dreams for 2026.
DIY Noisemakers: Craft something loud and fun for the countdowns.
Plus stop by our photo booth to snap a festive photo with fun props!
Come ring in the New Year with play, discovery and cheer!
