Events Description

The Nutrien Fireworks Festival is usually held during the Labour Day Weekend. There are many things to experience at the Nutrien Fireworks Festival: music, dancing, food, drinks, live entertainment, and of course . . . Fireworks!! There will be activities happening on both sides of the river so make sure to come out early in time to check everything out!

Join the Nutrien Fireworks Festival to celebrate Meewasin’s 40th anniversary by attempting the Guinness World Book record for the longest sidewalk chalk mural! August 31, 2019, along the Meewasin trail. fill a connected 6km x 2m section of the Meewasin Trail!

Venue: The primary sites for the Nutrien Fireworks Festival is Rotary Park.

The Traffic Bridge, Remai Modern, and River Landing with many excellent points from which to view the fireworks.
